These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mamba Cars website and your dealings with Mamba Cars ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or contacting us about a vehicle, you agree to these Terms.
We work to keep vehicle listings, specifications, mileage and pricing accurate, but they are provided "as is" and may contain errors or change without notice. Vehicles are used unless stated otherwise and are sold subject to prior sale. A listing is an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer of sale.
Listed prices are our asking prices in U.S. dollars and exclude delivery, taxes, title and applicable fees unless stated. Submitting an offer through the "Make an Offer" form does not create a contract; a sale is formed only once both parties agree in writing and any required deposit is received.
Inspection notes and photos are provided to help you evaluate a vehicle. We encourage buyers to inspect a vehicle in person or arrange a third-party inspection before purchase. Except where required by law, vehicles are sold without warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mamba Cars is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchase of a vehicle. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the vehicle in question.
